A standard home inspection covers the major systems of the home including the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, exterior, attic, and crawlspace. We provide a detailed report with photos documenting the condition of each area.
A typical home inspection takes 2-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. We encourage you to attend the inspection so we can walk you through our findings in person.
You will receive your detailed, interactive inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. The report includes photos, descriptions, and recommendations for each finding.
While not required, we strongly encourage you to attend. Being present allows us to point out important items, answer questions on the spot, and give you a better understanding of the home.
Please ensure all utilities are turned on (water, gas, electricity), provide access to the attic and crawlspace, and clear any items blocking the electrical panel, furnace, and water heater.
